Slow cooked pork shoulder tossed in BBQ sauce and served on warm Hawaiian rolls.
Served with mixed grapes and crinkle fries.

Seasoned ground beef and seasonal vegetables in a brown gravy with mashed potatoes baked on top. Served with a dinner yeast roll and apple slices.
