Seasoned ground beef, refried mayocoba beans and Monterrey jack cheese rolled in a flour burrito tortilla. Seved with Mexican steamed rice and fresh watermelon.
Snack: Bananas and Goldfish
Crispy bacon pieces tossed in a butter cream sauce with spaghetti noodles. Served a yeast roll and sliced pineapple.
Snack: Blueberries and Graham Crackers
Two large chicken tenders seasoned and baked and cut into bite size pieces. Served with apple slices and steamed corn.
Snack: Apples and Cheerios
Black forest ham, pepperoni, salami, and mozzarella cheese melted on a Hawaiian roll. Served with cucumber slices and fresh strawberries.
Snack: Watermelon and Animal Crackers

Since Colibri is a small school compared to our other lunch programs, I have entered you under St Ignatius (I personally cook out of there and deliver the lunches to Colibri). -Select and order meals for your student online for daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Lunch ordering will continue to close at 5pm the day before service is executed.
